The team have recently gained an influx in high quality commercial property work as a result of followings and referrals and so are looking for ambitious and dynamic paralegals to help supplement this work. The firm is an established, well-known practice throughout the North East region. The firm has won various awards across a wide variety of departments and were nominated for several awards at the Northern Lawyer Awards 2017.

The Role:
-The Commercial Property team are highly successful and currently experiencing an influx of high quality work due.
-As a result of this, lots of new work has come into the team and so motivated and driven Commercial Property Fee Earners are needed to manage various commercial property matters such as refinance matters from banking clients as well as general commercial property work such as Landlord and Tenant matters.
-Handling high quality work, the role involves high levels of client care.

The Candidate:
-In order to be considered for this role, you must have considerable experience in Commercial Property work, working within a similar department and be confident running a commercial property caseload from day one.
-Ideally, you will have worked in a large top tier practice and now be looking to gain great exposure to commercial property matters in this hands on role.
-Joining a successful team, you must be able to maintain and develop strong client relationships.
-The role would suit someone who sees themselves looking for a long term position within a team they can progress within and a firm that values promotion from within as a result of hard work and dedication.
