Legal Counsel

The Role:

In this varied position, you will be supporting all UK business units for the company. Your duties would include the reviewing and drafting of commercial contracts including NDAs, standard terms, outsourcing, procurement and supplier agreements. You will also be involved in supporting HR with employment matters and liaising with stakeholders across the business. You will also have the opportunity to be involved with IP and data protection matters.

You will joining an established internal legal team who are focused on the commercial support of the business.

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Completed their training contract, or up to 18 months qualified experience.
• Prior commercial contracts experience, including a range of commercial agreements.
• Experience in employment, data protection, IT or Intellectual Property law would be advantageous.
