Conveyancing Paralegal job based in Clifton, Bristol

Your new firm
This rapidly expanding national law firm are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team in Clifton, Bristol. Their client care is second to none, which has helped the firm to grow to become a highly successful and respected law firm in the South West.

Your new role
This role is perfect for someone who has gained some legal experience already and is looking for a new opportunity within the central Bristol area.

You will be opening new files, dealing with correspondence with clients, agents, lenders, landlords and solicitors, ordering conveyancing searches, using the Land Registry Portal, issuing contract papers on sale files and progressing sale files, including dealing with enquiries and communicating and attending to clients either in the office or elsewhere if required.

You will also have the opportunity to get involved in Marketing and Business Development.

What you need to succeed
The responsibilities for this role are predominately pre-exchange, therefore you will ideally have experience in Post Exchange work, but this is not essential. You will be dedicated, ambitious and highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong client skills are a must.
