The Role
We are now actively seeking a dedicated Private Client Lawyer for a specialist team based in Grimsby. With solid experience in a wide range of private client-related matters, the successful Lawyer will manage a full caseload, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Areas may incorporate: will drafting; contentious and non-contentious Probate; the creation and management of trusts; advice on inheritance tax liability; preparing and registering LPAs and; elderly client matters. Membership of STEP and/or Solicitors for the Elderly is therefore highly desirable but not essential. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a solid background in Private Client matters, gained within a reputable practice.
You must have excellent technical and client care skills.
You will possess first class drafting and organisational abilities.
Membership of STEP and/or Solicitors for the Elderly is desirable but not essential.
You will be driven, flexible and display a high level of commercial awareness.
You will have a desire for professional development.
