Enjoy a very unique, interesting and challenging work load in this small, tight-nit team within a large international law firm.

The successful candidate will work on a broad variety of work, that, due to the nature of this organisation, other law firms just don't see. Advice will focus largely on the borrower-side, however, the organisation do also act for banks. Advice to borrowers will focus on those that need new bank finance both in the context of M&A/ private equity/ property deals and restructuring and the re-financing of existing facilities, including all security and hedging documentation. As well as this, experience is also needed in derivatives contracts.

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with non-lawyers and will also be expected to develop relationships with clients.
