Junior capital markets/DCM lawyer sought for outstanding team in Magic Circle firm in Dubai

We have a unique opportunity for a junior capital markets lawyer to join our prestigious Magic Circle client in the Middle East.

Their most experienced debt and equity-linked capital markets team would like to recruit a top tier junior associate with 1-4 years PQE of debt capital markets experience gained at a major international law firm. Their clients include issuers, dealers, arrangers, underwriters, originators and investors and associates are offered the opportunity to handle a great variety of work whilst being trained and supervised as required.

You will flourish in this environment if you have an excellent academic history, first class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach, excellent drafting and communication skills and enjoy being part of a friendly outgoing team.

A junior finance or M&A candidate looking to branch into DCM may be considered.
