Our client's market leading Technology, Media and Telecoms practice seeks a junior with 1-3 years TMT experience and a senior with at least 5 years TMT experience to join their busy and thriving TMT team to focus on data projects, data protection with a particular focus on GDPR. You would be joining an established team and ideally you will have experience in a large IT/commercial practice, specialising in data protection and IT matters. You will join the team in advising on GDPR, on international data transfers, drafting privacy notices, negotiating and drafting data processor agreements and advising on marketing issues.
Technical excellence, commercial awareness and understanding of upcoming regulatory changes in the data protection sphere is essential. . Training and mentoring will be on offer from experts in this thriving space.
