Real Estate Lawyer- Edinburgh

Exciting new opportunity for a real estate lawyer with circa 2-4 year PQE to join the established property team of a leading Scottish law firm. 

Widely regarded as one of the top ranked practices in Scotland, the real estate team represents clients based across the UK in every sphere of the property industry from banks and institutional funds, to developers and property companies to retailers and leisure operators. Additionally, the firm also act for a growing number of operators, developers and funders in the renewables and energy and natural resources sectors.

Role Profile:

This role will be focusing on asset management type of work (including shopping centres and ideally,  candidates will have exposure and knowledge of Landlord / Tenant leasing. The successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm necessary to ensure the continuation of delivery of first class legal and commercial advice to the firms clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidates will have circa 2-4 years PQE and a strong demonstrable background in commercial property/ real estate. Experience working within a large firm environment would be beneficial but not essential.
• Equally so, candidates who are dual-qualified to practice in Scotland and England and Wales would also be of particular interest.
