Leading Surrey firm is looking for a commercial/IT lawyer to join their growing team who are part of the wider corporate group. The team handles a wide range of transactions, including:

• renewable energy related projects, such as power generation from landfill gases, and CER arrangements
• large procurement agreements, including group buying and other framework arrangement
• manufacturing and other long term supply agreements
• IT contracts, including software development and licensing, support, system supplies
• outsourcing agreements, including FM, catering, large scale cleaning
• distribution and agency agreements
• e-commerce - website terms
• standard business terms
• advertising claims and copy clearance
• commercial agency
• competition
• consumer issues such as distance selling, unfair commercial practices etc
• contract interpretation
• data protection
• freedom of information
• limits on liability
• public procurement
• training and seminars for clients and contacts
