Business Development Manager (Litigation)

This mid-sized law firm is a real antedote to the big City firms and has a formidable reputation in litigation, often competing with the largest City firms. It also offers an excellent work/life balance and a stable marketing function.

In this brand new Business Development Manager role you will be aligned to the firm’s litigation team which is a core area for the firm. The litigation team is going through a major surge in work and in recognition of the value that business development adds is keen to recruit a dedicated business development manager. You will be responsible for:

Working with the partners on the BD plan and strategy for the group;

Researching clients and targets;

Developing targeting initiatives and campaigns;

Cross-selling; and

Bids and proposals.

You will have solid business development and marketing experience gained within the legal sector, and have the credibility to play an advisory role to partners.
