This c60 partner London firm has a highly ranked private client department which services a broad array of UK based and overseas clients. It seeks a 1-2pqe solicitor and a 4pqe+ solicitor to join the team to handle matters including: estate planning, the administration of estates of varying degrees of complexity, cross border issues; the creation, administration and taxation of trusts; advising on and drafting wills; taxation advice; and advising on capacity issues. You will also be involved with a lot of cross border matters. A strong academic background, eagerness to learn and basic grounding in private client law are expected.
