In-House Commercial Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to move In-House and join a company at the fore-front of the UK's technology industry. Their supportive legal team are undergoing an exciting expansion period and are now seeking an outgoing and business-minded individual to assist on a range of legal matters, whilst delivering the highest quality of work.

Responsibilities of this role include providing advice on corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters, ensuring GDPR compliance, assisting internal clients on contractual matters and providing support to a range of departments including Procurement and HR. This busy and varied position would suit someone with 1-5 years PQE (though experience outside of this range will be considered), who has demonstrable knowledge and experience of intellectual property and contract/commercial law.

An attractive remuneration package is on offer as well as some flexibility on location between their North East offices (although some travel between locations may be expected) for someone who can come in and hit the ground running on a diverse and interesting caseload.
