Main Duties  

You will be required to provide office based legal administrative support to the team including dealing with email correspondence, filing, scanning and faxing, dealing with telephone calls (both internally and externally), requesting settlement cheques, considering fixed costs entitlements, closing files at the conclusion of the claim and maintaining other office  systems.

Qualifications –

  • GCSE/O Level – English Language and Mathematics (A – C)
  • Good standard of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable:

  • Law Degree
  • LPC
  • Experience within a legal/insurance administrative environment (1 year)
  • Case management experience
  • Telephone call handling experience
