Commercial Property Solicitor

Cardiff

Competitive salary + benefits

This firm has an excellent reputation in commercial property work across the region. The Cardiff based team has legal 500 rated commercial property partners and an enviable client base providing top level commercial property work. Due to an increase in new clients they are looking to recruit an additional Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-5 yrs PQE.

The Commercial Property team at this prestigious firm boasts one of the largest teams of its nature in the region. They operate across a diverse range of work including, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, investment and development work for household name brands. Due to a successful few years a gap has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor at the 1-5 yrs PQE stage to work with a variety of partners and senior lawyers on complex Commercial Property matters.

The ideal candidate will not only be technically strong, but be confident when directly dealing with clients and have the personality and drive to be successful with business development as part of the wider commercial property team.

If you have a strong background in Commercial Property work and a real eagerness to join a prestigious and forward-thinking team this is an excellent opportunity.
