They are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join their team for a period of 6-12 months and would like someone to be available at short notice. You would work with 1 other lawyer on a range of general commercial contracts and liaise with the group legal team based in their north UK office.
Client Details
The client is one of the largest Energy suppliers in the UK to the business market and this is an exciting time for change within the company. As a result, they need interim support to assist through this busy period and have stated they would require the support from an experienced commercial lawyer for at least 6-12 months.

- General commercial contracts
- Procurement
- Assisting/ Leading on ad-hoc projects
- Dealing with day to day legal issues affecting the business
Please note - due to only one other legal head within the business, this role will be broad and you will be expected to deal with a wide range of legal matters.
Specialist knowledge and experience within the energy industry is not essential.
Good commercial contract experience is more of a priority.
