A leading provider in the services industry, with offices in North Yorkshire, is seeking an in-house commercial lawyer to join them on a contract basis to manage contract and data protection work. Excellent opportunity to work in-house in an expanding organisation with a very good reputation.
The Role
- Varied commercial role, which includes drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, and terms and conditions.
- Also supporting on data protection matters, including assisting with changes to GDPR.
- 6 month fixed term contract, with potential for extension.
The Candidate
- Ideally at least 3 years PQE, however this has been given as a guideline and candidates with equivalent experience will happily be considered.
- Experience in commercial work, including data protection.
