CORPORATE COMMERCIAL PARALEGAL– HERTS, BEDS & BUCKS REGION / NORTH HOME COUNTIES - PERMANENT POSITION
Our client, one of the leading law firms in the North Home Counties (which is LEGAL 500 ranked) is currently looking to recruit a corporate commercial paralegal (with experience of corporate and commercial law matters) to assist the firm’s company commercial team on corporate law and commercial legal matters.
The firm’s company commercial legal team advise on a range of matters including M&A (mergers, sales and acquisitions), joint ventures, partnership law, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and Intellectual Property matters.
The role offers a great opportunity of gaining further experience of working on a range of corporate and commercial law matters.
