Working as part of a friendly and well respected HR department with a City law firm the generalist HR Assistant will be:
- Someone who enjoys attending graduate recruitment events, and contributing to the planning of the vacation scheme, and helping with the organisation of interview days.
- Someone who is keen to develop their existing HR skills, and happy to attend certain meetings with the HR manager to aid their development and learning.
- Someone who is very organised, understands the importance of deadlines, and also enjoys taking ownership of tasks.
- Be the super user of the HR System – using it to pull reports and provide useful management information.
Graduate calibre candidates with a minimum of 12 months’ generalist HR experience will be considered.
