Head of Private Client

A senior Private Client Solicitor is required to lead a Wills, Trusts and Probate department for a successful legal practice in Stoke-on-Trent in the West Midlands.

Our client is dedicated to investing in its staff and provides a supportive and motivating environment for its employees. The Head of Private Client will sit as part of an innovative management group, running a team of talented professionals.

The Head of Private Client role involves managing a team in addition to running your own interesting and varied caseload. You will need to maintain a high level of care and attention with clients, colleagues and third parties, as relationship building will play an integral part of the role.

As the successful candidate, you must have outstanding technical knowledge, preferably with STEP accreditation or be looking to achieve your STEP qualification. Proven experience with management and client development would be desirable as the role will be yours to develop and build into success.
