Expansion has created a great opportunity with a strong regional firm for a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 years' family law experience to join a small friendly department at Gloucester. A newly qualified solicitor with solid experience gained during their training would also be considered.
You will work closely with an experienced Solicitor, managing your own caseload of private family law from financial settlements to Care Proceedings.
You will be familiar with all aspects of private family law and knowledge of public and care proceedings would be beneficial.
You will be required to attend court and meet clients as well as participation in marketing events, seminars etc. and to work with minimal supervision.
Salary dependent upon experience.
