An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified to 2 year+ PQE lawyer to join a successful business within the education sector. This will be an extremely varied role and a fantastic first in-house position.
Responsibilities will include a negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial matters, student complaints, policy, marketing, academic registry and regulatory issues, corporate finance products, procurements, estates, IT, online and general IP issues, insurance and compliance matters.
It is a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-changing and consumer oriented organisation. Due to its private equity ownership, you must be adaptable, solutions-oriented and have the ability to deal with change with confidence, gravitas and authority, whilst being willing to roll your sleeves up and deal with anything of a legal nature arising.
