Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a qualified Childcare Lawyer to join a local authority close to Gloucestershire on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will undertake a busy caseload of child protection matters as well as liaising with social workers. The successful lawyer will also be required to undertake advocacy in all courts.
The right candidate will be a qualified solicitor or practising barrister with previous public childcare law experience gained within a similar role.
This is an on-going assignment working for a well respected Local Authority. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, picking up an existing caseload.
The role is to start asap, and the rate is negotiable depending on the candidate. The position is likely to be at least three months, although it is anticipated it will be longer.
The client is happy for the right candidate to work 4 days per week, with the occasional day from home.
