Description
Essential experience in this role includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating Commercial Contracts. The work will involve:
- NDA's
- Collaboration Agreements
- Research Projects
- Reviewing Terms and Conditions
- Providing advice and assistance on compliance matters
- Working as part of team to provide business solutions
Profile
Essential skills for this role include;
- Qualified Solicitor from NQ - 2 years PQE
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
- Customer liaison skills
- Experince of commercial contracts
- Team working with other functions across the business
