Solicitor - Property Litigation

My client is one of the UK's Top 100 law firms with offices in London, Bristol, Swindon and Bath and they now seek a talented and ambitious Property Litigation Lawyer to join their growing Swindon office.

Due to contiued, strategic growth over recent years, my client has provided a platform to build on the commercial focus of the firm and to offer the complete service for businesses and their owners.

The successful candidate would be joining a fast paced, vibrant team of fee earner who make up one of the biggest Property Litigation teams in the South West.

The team offers good quality experience across a wide range of property litigation specialisms, including commercial landlord and tenant, rural land and landed estates, leasehold enfranchisement, property and asset management, as well as in its specialist retail/leisure, pension funds, charities and healthcare sectors. The team provides bespoke and highly technical advice to a wide range of clients.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious, talented litigation lawyer to come on board and play a pivitol part in the success of the Property Litigation team and the firm. If successful you will be providing support to the senior lawyers and Partners in the team and enabling it to continue its successful growth by servicing and winning new and existing clients.

Applications are currently being accepted for either the Swindon or Bristol office. You will be a qualified Solicitor NQ - 3 PQE with a good academic background and relevant property litigation knowledge and experience.

Experience and/or knowledge of commercial and residential property disputes, real land disputes and leasehold enfranchisement.
