Legal Counsel

Our client is a leading company, providing technology and manufacturing solutions, for the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. They are looking for a Legal Counsel, to be based out of their HQ near London, reporting into the Group General Counsel.

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for all the legal work regarding one of the company's business unit as well as support the General Counsel on group related matters. You will draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts and work on, among others, compliance issues, regulatory issues and M&A transactions. You will travel to manufacturing sites in the UK, but also Germany and Italy on occasion.

The ideal candidate is a UK qualified lawyer (or qualified abroad but has practised in the UK for a significant period of time) with experience in-house within a life sciences/manufacturing environment. You are able to deliver high quality work in a pragmatic, business focussed manner.

Please note this is a part-time role for 4 days a week.
