Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive.

This reputed and successful law firm are recruiting into their property litigation team in Exeter. 
 
The role may suit either a solicitor or legal executive, ideally with at least 2 years experience within property litigation. 
 
Within this role you will work closely with the experienced partners, and continue to develop your experience within property litigation. 
 
This role will be broad and include resolving property and land related disputes relating to: landlord & tenant matters, arbitration proceedings, leases, building/construction disputes, boundary disputes, housing litigation and holiday park litigation.
 
Historically this team have always been very busy and they continue to see an upward curve in instructions.
 
The ideal solicitor or legal executive should have at least 2 years property litigation experience. However newly qualified solicitors who have completed a property litigation seat should also apply.
 
Excellent salary starting at £38,000 for NQ Solicitors
