The Data Protection and GDPR space is thriving! It is a great moment to take stock and assess whether you are in the best firm working on interesting and high profile matters. In London we have mandates from our Magic Circle, International and US clients as well as the Big 4 and niche firms all of whom are looking for enthusiastic commercial data protection and privacy lawyers with upto 6 years experience.

You will have experience in a large IT/commercial practice, ideally specialising in data protection and IT matters. Work will include advising on GDPR, on international data transfers, drafting privacy notices, negotiating and drafting data processor agreements and advising on marketing issues. Technical excellence, commercial awareness and understanding of upcoming regulatory changes in the data protection sphere is essential.
