Employment Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE)

I am working with a highly ranked Employment Practice that has a new opportunity for a junior Employment Associate at the NQ-2 PQE level to join their team in Cardiff.

This is a general Employment Associate position which will allow the new associate to develop a wide breadth of experience in order to expand upon and develop their foundation legal skill set. The role will involve a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious matters and provide the opportunity to work alongside Chambers' ranked practitioners within the area of Employment. The desired candidate will possess strong academics, have trained and/or gained experience at an established employment practice and be keen and committed to a move to Cardiff (or already be located in the area).

This role offers a genuine work/life balance which may appeal, particularly in comparison with equivalent practices within London. It is worth stressing that in order to proceed in the process the candidates must either be based in or show willingness to relocate to Cardiff. The area of Employment is a central focus of the firm in question and the firm has received a plethora of awards and has an excellent reputation within the practice area of Employment.
