Banking & Finance Lawyer - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Leap29 are continuing their relationship, as one of only five suppliers for this leading global brand.
We are currently looking for lawyers educated and trained at leading international firms with experience in conventional finance. You will have worked project or asset finance transactions from lender, borrower or both perspectives. You will be able to substantiate your experience in complex loan agreements - bilateral or syndicated.
Candidates with practical or theoretical knowledge of Islamic finance products will be preferred but not essential.
In order to apply for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- 0-6 PQE
- Trained at a leading international firm
- Qualified in a common law jurisdiction
- Arabic language skills preferred but not essential
