Employment Solicitor
A leading national Legal 500 firm is looking to make a key strategic hire for its new team in Cambridge? This role would see you offer direct assistance to a high profile partner who acts for senior individuals in the tech, pharma and commercial sectors.
You will ideally be an employment solicitor with around 3-5 years PQE who has worked for a leading local Cambridge based practice or a highly regarded national firm. Your experience should include a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters and you will have acted for high profile individuals, ideally up to director and CEO level. You will be able to handle whilstleblowing, discrimination, TUPE, unfair dismissal, termination strategy and executive settlement agreements. A keen interest and experience in marketing and business develop is preferred and the ideal candidate will be able to have input in the direction and management of the team and department.
