The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a tenacious Commercial Property Lawyer to join our clients’ well-regarded firm in the St Albans area. Becoming part of a thriving department, the successful Lawyer will enjoy a diverse caseload, acting for a broad client base with matters including: acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties; negotiating, granting and renewing leases; landlord and tenant matters; development projects and; portfolio management. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will be pro-active in business development, taking advantage of networking and marketing opportunities to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the department.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 – 6 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Real Estate team.
You must have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level (or equivalent).
You must have first class technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of Commercial Property work.
You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.
An aptitude for business development is essential for the position.
You will be driven, meticulous and display a high level of commercial awareness.
