The Role
A senior level role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor in the Bedford area. With previous experience within a reputable firm, you will be able to demonstrate supervisory skills processing high value transactions. Duties will include: development projects; lease negotiations; acquiring and disposing commercial premises; landlord and tenant matters.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will ideally have negotiating skills and first class client care. You will also be actively involved in the business development and networking of the firm. The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

The candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE;
You must have solid experience in Commercial Property matters;
You will be able to supervise junior team members;
Ability to handle a diverse caseload to meet tight deadlines is ideal;
You will have excellent client care skills;

Negotiating skills is highly advantageous.
