We are currently seeking a lawyer to join a leading Social Housing Conveyancing team in London.
Our client have an excellent reputation for their work in this area and are looking to add to the Social Housing team following a period of growth. The clients range from Charities and Registered Social Landlords to Co-operatives and large Housing Associations.
This is a specific role and as such the successful candidate MUST be able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience. To be considered for this position your experience needs to include:
- Right to Buys
- Shared ownerships
- Stair casing
- Resales
This role will suit a commercially minded Social Housing Lawyer looking to progress as part of a leading team.
