The team covers both contentious and non-contentious pensions work for clients in the public and private sectors including a range of financial institutions, blue chip companies, PLC's, multi nationals and charities across the firm's key sectors.
Work will include drafting scheme documentation, advising on underfunding, scheme re-structuring, winding-up, scheme closures, pension aspects of TUPE transfers and corporate support work.
Suitable candidates will have trained and gained experience at a firm well respected for their work in the area of pensions and be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate well with clients.
