Due to their continued success, the well ranked real estate litigation team at this national firm has a defined need to recruit a junior property litigator.

Lawyers in the team are entrusted with their own case load as well as assisting partners and senior members of the team on larger cases. Work will include; landlord and tenant disputes, such as lease renewals, preparing break and other termination notices and advising upon and enforcing payment and other obligations in commercial leases. It will also involve giving advice to colleagues and clients regarding development disputes, and assisting with various court directions and trials on complex matters.

The team is well known throughout the firm for being friendly and offer a collegiate and supportive working environment. Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate the confidence and technical ability to deal with clients from the outset.
