Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer Solicitor / Cilex / Licensed Conveyancer.
 
I'm looking to speak with residential conveyancers, whether they be Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or non-qualified but with enough experience to handle a full caseload of work of sales, purchase and remortgage work, on behalf of my Black Country client 

My client is a friendly, full-service practice with a long standing commitment to providing legal services to the Black Country and wider Birmingham community. Over the passing recent years they have extended their office network and grown the firm beyond its local roots .They are now seeking to continue their growth with the recruitment of an additional conveyancing lawyer to handle primarily locally referred private work, though the firm do undertake some panel work so experience of this style of work may be useful.

The role on offer could be based flexibly in one of the firm’s Black Country or North Birmingham offices, and would offer the prospect of managing a busy caseload of conveyancing matters. The conveyancing team handle a wide variety of property work, from repeat and referral local clients, to work for clients nationally derived from lender panels. In addition, some previous experience of business development and liaising with local agents, IFAs and referrers would be beneficial
