An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mid-Senior Corporate Lawyer to join one of the world's largest law firms. The role is based in the Dubai office.

This is an excellent chance for a Mid-Senior Corporate Lawyer to join an established team working with the Partner on a range of corporate matters. You will be working across a variety of Middle East transactional matters with a highly dynamic and international team.

Essential Skills/Requirements


  • Must have between 4-7 PQE
  • Must be Commonwealth qualified
  • Ideally be UK qualified
  • Must have strong track record of mergers and acquisitions in the Middle East
  • Must have experience from a leading international firm working on corporate matters
  • Ideally be based in theUAE
  • Must have a fluent command of English
