Inhouse Litigator role

Litigation lawyer with leading commodities firm (3-6 month contract)

Our client, a leading commodities trading company, is looking for a a common law qualified litigation/arbitration lawyer with 3+ years experience. The role will be primarily to assist on a current significant dispute with respect to a claim under a trade finance contract with both court and arbitration components.


- The candidate should have several years experience of contentious work and should be well versed in witness statements (including witness interviews and proofs of evidence)
- Contentious trade or finance work is desirable, though not essential.
- Candidates must be common law qualified (UK, US, Canada, Australia, NZ, etc).
