Our client, a global fintech company, is seeking to recruit a Commercial Lawyer for a 12m FTC with scope to go permanent.
You will be providing legal support and guidance to the sales, procurement, corporate, product development, and employment business units. You will be drafting a variety of commercial contracts including reseller and agency contracts, IT, marketing, partnership contracts, procurement, NDA's, and MOU's. You will also be assisting on corporate transactions, and provide support to the wider legal team. A successful candidate will be 3-5 PQE* with commercial experience gained from either a law firm or in-house.
