An elite US law firm is seeking an Associate with 5+ years* PQE to join their London Intellectual Property team on an ongoing consultancy basis.
The team is well known for advising on transactional technology and IP matters for clients it services regarding joint ventures, M&A transactions, restructurings, capital market transactions, spin-offs and separations as well as advising on standalone IP matters.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of five* years PQE gained within City law firms with specific experience in advising on transactions that involve the transfer, development, acquisitions and licensing of intellectual property and technology including software, data and content.
