New opportunity for a Litigation solicitor who wishes to work in a agile Commercial Law Firm in Manchester City Centre.
As Litigation Solicitor, you will have a wide remit of responsibility, predominantly covering dispute work from Commercial clients. This will include sectors such as finance, construction, debt recovery, contract disputes, tax disputes, and property litigation. The successful candidate will provide tailored advice to clients on a daily basis in the above areas, and as such you will be adaptable to the changing needs of clients. Similarly, you will be supported in carrying out business development and marketing opportunities, sharpening your skills in this area and raising the Firms profile.
As Litigation Lawyer, you will also be required to act on matters as and when they arise, which may include non-contentious matters relating to contract work, customs & excise queries, insolvency, trading standards and landlord & tenant disputes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor who has a broad remit to their Practice in addition to Litigation, and wishes to continue this whilst utilising the platform of an excellent City Centre Practice.
