In House Lawyer - Financial Services/Insurance

OUR CLIENT

We have a exceptional new in house role for a Senior Counsel. This is a newly created opportunity for an insurance / regulatory solicitor c 5 - 10 + PQE to join a highly respected in house legal department to handle a high profile role for a market leader

THE ROLE

The post holder will be expected to work at board level. The successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility for the provision of both legal and corporate advice.

This is a high profile and challenging role with a strong focus on insurance / Part VII matters The post holder will be expected to work alongside the legal department and stakeholders advising on necessary changes and the impact on proposed legislation and necessary changes to the business.

THE CANDIDATE

It is envisaged the successful candidate will have a city law firm/insurance/regulatory background

Candidates must be able to demonstrate first rate technical skills and the confidence to work as a key team member
