Our client. a boutique Legal 500 firm have a reputation for attracting talent from top tier firms as a result of the quality of work they undertake. An exciting position has now arisen within their Commercial department for a Commercial and Technology solicitor to join their highly regarded team based in Leeds and North Yorkshire.
Our client's commercial team act for a number of large and international companies in the technology sector including Software companies and Digital Marketing Agencies. An opportunity has now arisen for a strong Commercial and Technology solicitor to join the team. The role will involve dealing with a caseload involving commercial contract issues, intellectual property matters (especially around copyright and trademarks) and Data Protection. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Partner who has a fantastic reputation in this area.
The ideal candidate will have around 2 plus PQE and either be specifically dealing with commercial issues for IT and technology clients already or have experience and a desire to progress in this area.
