Our client is a leading US firm with a long established, highly regarded London office. They are seeking two further corporate associates 6mths-2pqe and 4-6pqe to join their highly regarded team.

These are ideal positions for lawyers wishing to avoid early specialisation and gain expertise in a broader range of skill sets. The role will include a wide range of corporate matters, both public and private, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, venture capital and private equity.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and relevant experience gained from a rated City practice.

There is a real collegiality within the London office and this is an excellent opportunity for a high calibre lawyer to thrive in a first-class outfit, working on a number of high profile deals.
