Listed Funds 2-5 PQE

This leading international firm is looking for a specialist listed funds associate to join their expanding team. You will have the opportunity to work on quality deals and exposure to clients is encouraged from day one. The work focuses on listed funds as well as more general equity capital markets, with the additional opportunity to work on private funds. Working closely with partners highly regarded in this field you will have the opportunity to progress quickly and gain in depth knowledge of this exciting and challenging specialist area of law.

Candidates will have around 2 to 6 years' experience and must have worked on listed funds transactions. An enthusiasm for marketing and business development will be important, as will strong interpersonal skills.
