We are working with a Birmingham law firm who are looking to add to their plot sales team.
Client Details
The Birmingham office of a large law firm.
Description
You will be joining a busy residential team, assisting with plot sales work and working as part of a team with other fee earners.
The team act for a mix of residential and commercial developers both from a local and national perspective.
You will play a key role in the team including:
- dealing with all pre-contract enquiries / contract packs and preparing completion statements
- making Land registry applications / dealing with the SDLT aspects of the transactions
- client care including calls, dealing with emails and opening files/preparing bills
Profile
Ideally you'll have at least 1 years' experience working in a plot sales or conveyancing environment. It would be preferable if you had a Law Degree/LPC but our client will consider candidates without this but who have relevant plots experience.
