Our client would like to hire a seasoned capital markets lawyer, preferable with ECM experience to assist with the listing of companies they are invested in. Minimum 8 years of PQE
Knowledge of insider trading rules and general corporate governance.
Experience with listing of public companies and the policies/laws of the regulator that will govern the entity (eg ADX, DFM, SAMA, CMA).
Regional experience strongly preferred.
