Planning Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Norfolk for an initial 3 month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake a fast-paced role within a well-regarded local authority. Our client is happy to offer flexibility around home-working where suitable, making this position ideal for those seeking a better work-life-balance.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a wide range of planning matters. Alongside managing a busy caseload, you will also be providing general planning advice, drafting S106 matters, and attending planning committees.
Due to the nature of this role, it is beneficial for the successful candidate to have a local authority background, although this is not essential.
The local authority office is easy to reach, situated within walking distance from the closest train station.
We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Alexis Aarons in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
