Contracts Lawyer required to join a West London Borough client on an interim basis for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake a busy workload within a popular local authority. The successful candidate will have a commitment of 6 months initially, with the view of extension thereafter depending on workloads.

The successful Contracts Lawyer will be handling a range of commercial contract and procurement matters, with a specific focus on service, works and construction matters. These matters will range in complexity.

The ideal candidate will have local authority experience, however the client is open to receiving applications from Lawyers working within a different sector.

In return, this local authority offer a great working environment. It is situated within close proximity of shops and restaurants, making it a sociable place to work. Nearby there are various local transport links, ensuring a stable commute to the office from London or to the West of London.

Candidates will be required to work in the office 5 days a week initially and there may be scope to work from home one day a week.
