Property Solicitor required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to undertake complex work within a busy local authority. The successful candidate will manage a busy commercial property caseload, comprising of the following matters;

  • Leasehold and freehold disposals including overage provisions
  • All licences including licence for works
  • Licence to assign
  • Deeds and easements

Alongside this, you will pick up work related to other areas of property law where suitable, including Landlord & Tenant and regeneration.

The ideal candidate will come from a property background, with a high level of regeneration experience alongside this. Previous Local Authority Experience is desirable, although not essential as long as a good understanding of Public Property Law is held.

The office is easy to reach, situated in a location which is easily accessible by London Overground. It is also within walking distance of local amenities, including shops and restaurants.
